Delete your Cartouche account

You can delete your account and its data at any time.

In the app (quickest)

1. Open Cartouche and go to You.
2. Choose Account, then Delete account, and confirm.

Deletion is immediate. If you signed in with Apple, we also revoke Cartouche's access to your Apple ID.

Without the app

Email privacy@cartouche.games from the email address your Apple or Google account uses (or tell us your display name if you used Apple's private relay). We'll confirm it's you, delete the account within 30 days, and reply when it's done.

What's deleted

• Your account, display name and sign-in link
• Your results and guesses, friends, challenge links and reports
• Your supporter-tier status record

Anonymous puzzle statistics that already counted your result stay counted; they can't be traced back to you.

Subscriptions

Cancel the supporter tier in your App Store or Google Play settings first. Deleting your Cartouche account doesn't cancel a store subscription.
